In order to create the best environment for all of our little ones to play, we ask our guests to follow some simple rules.

1. Unless otherwise noted, one responsible caregiver must be present at all times. One additional adult per admission is welcome for an additional $5 at check in. 

2. Our facility is socks only. Adults and children are required to wear socks. We strongly suggest grippy socks, which may be available for purchase on site. Children socks are $2 + tax. Adult socks are $3 + tax.

3. Sanitizers are provided and required when entering the play area.

4. If a toy finds its way to a mouth, sneeze, or cough, please bring it to our “yucky bucket” located at the front desk.

5. Waivers must be signed prior to play. 

6. We recommend strollers stay in the car or at home. There is limited stroller parking at the door. Strollers are not allowed in the play area.

7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is acting disorderly; including, but not limited to pushing, hitting, or other forms of aggression. The safety of our guests and staff is our priority.

We ask our guests to use kindness and consideration when joining us for play. Please be respectful of personal space. We also ask you call to reschedule when feeling unwell. Our refund policy can be found here.
